Nihat Kırmızı was born in 1978 in Şanlıurfa and he majored in Communications and Finance. He has his master’s degree from Accountancy and Finance departments in Marmara University. Nihat Kırmızı is also the founder of the first participation insurance company established as Cooperative in Türkiye and he is doing research on finance and islamic finance. He is the senior manager of the group of companies which incorporates numerous companies active in finance, education, health and industry. Nihat Kırmızı, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Doğa Sigorta and Chief Executive Officer, continues to work for the purpose of prevalence use of Islamic insurance in the field of insurance and to bring in qualified personnel to the Islamic finance sector.

Mustafa Arif Küme was born in 1978 in İstanbul. He completed elemantary school, junior high and high school education in İstanbul. He graduated from the Business department of Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Muğla University in 2000. Right after graduation, he continued his education life in Australia and graduated from RMIT University Management Information Systems department at the end of 2005. After his graduation, he worked in the Information Technologies sector and the Service sector in Australia for 5 years. By the end of 2010, Mustafa Arif Küme returned to Türkiye and worked as Assistant General Manager responsible for Information Technologies and Business Development at EnglishTime Language Schools operating under the umbrella of Doğa Grup. He has been serving as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Doğa Sigorta A.Ş. since 2014.

GÖLPINAR who started his career within the incorporation of Koç Holding as an architect in 1984 continued on in Akbank A.Ş. again as an architect from 1986 until 1987. GÖLPINAR who continued on with his career in insurance sector worked in Halk Sigorta A.Ş. as manager of Risk Engineering during 1989 and 1992, served as Technical Group Manager in Yapı Kredi Sigorta during 1992 and 1996, became Deputy General Manager responsible for Fire, Engineering and Transportation branches in 1996 until 2004, worked as Deputy General Manager responsible for Marketing, Bancassurance and Direct Sales channels during 2004 and 2013. He served as General Manager in Can Brokerlik and Reasürans A.Ş. between 2013 and 2015. He has been serving as General Manager since June of 2016 in our company in which he started to work as the Assistant General Manager in March 2016. GÖLPINAR graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Architecture Department and he speaks English. He is married with one child.

Prof. Dr. Emre Alkin graduated from Saint Michel French High School in 1987 and from Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics in 1991. He completed his postgraduate studies at the same university in 1993 and earned his Ph.D. in 1996. He was awarded the title of Associate Professor in 1997 and became a full Professor in 2002.

Currently serving as the Rector of Istanbul Topkapi University, Prof. Dr. Alkin held several prominent positions between 1999 and 2003, including Advisor to the Chairman of the Istanbul Stock Exchange (ISE), Secretary General of the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM), and Member of the Tax Council. He has served in senior roles at major Turkish conglomerates such as Çukurova Holding, Doğan Holding, Anadolu Holding, and Altınbaş Holding.

A renowned economist, Prof. Dr. Alkin has contributed as a columnist for various newspapers and as an economic commentator on several television channels, including TV8, SKYTÜRK, A HABER, CNNTURK, TRT HABER, and TV100. He currently writes a dedicated column titled “Paylaşmasak Olmazdı” in Dünya newspaper, highlighting inspiring stories of unsung heroes.

Prof. Dr. Alkin previously served as Vice Rector of Altınbaş University. He was also a Board Member of Göztepe Sportif A.Ş., one of İzmir’s prominent football clubs, and served as the Secretary General of the Turkish Football Federation. Between 2017 and 2019, he was an Independent Board Member of Galatasaray Sportif A.Ş. He actively participates in national and international initiatives related to "Dispute Resolution" between corporations and public institutions. He also works with international companies specializing in payment systems, mobile technologies, finance, and fiscal matters.

Prof. Dr. Alkin is the author of eight books, one of which is in English. His notable works include “Risk Management,” “The Evolution of Financial Intermediation,” “Introduction to Risk Management in Banks,” the co-authored “Gaziantep: From Past to Present” with Yalın Alpay, “Not Everything Is About Economics,” “Paylaşmasak Olmazdı,” “The Art of Fikret Mualla,” and “The Turkish Economy Through Events”, which was named the best business book of 2017. His book on the evolution of human relationships, “Seve Seve Aldattım”, became a bestseller in 2017. In September 2018, he made a successful debut as a novelist with “The Woman in Search of Perfection.” His 2019 book “Exit from Economics” received critical acclaim, and all proceeds were donated to Mutluluğun Adresi Social Solidarity Association.

Prof. Dr. Emre Alkin is the father of two children and frequently delivers keynote speeches and lectures in Turkish, English, and French.

Bora Gündüzyeli graduated from the Economics Department of Istanbul University and started his career in 1986 as Finance Manager at Marelli Mako Turkey Elektrik San. ve Tic. A.Ş.

He served as Finance Manager at Marelli Mako Turkey Elektrik San. ve Tic. A.Ş. between 1986 and 1989, and as Finance Manager at The Shell Company of Turkey Ltd. between 1989 and 2000.

Since 2015, he has been serving as General Manager (Shareholder) at Humanpro İç ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi.

In addition, he has been serving as Secretary General at Istanbul Topkapı University since 2020.
