Your name, surname, national ID number, address, telephone, e-mail, license plate and occupation information will be processed for the purpose of using them in all kinds of insurance products and services within the scope of the Insurance Law and other legislation; making offers regarding all insurance products offered by our Company (also by using your other personal information that we obtain legally and legitimately, where necessary, through official institutions), identifying the information of the transaction owner, or contacting the transaction owner regarding a policy or damage or for the purpose of improving our services or offering new services; complying with the information retention, reporting and notification obligations stipulated by the legislation, the Undersecretariat of Treasury and other authorities; and carrying out the insurance activities requested by you or for you.
Your personal data may be transferred, to the extent permitted by the provisions of the Insurance Law and other legislation in particular, for the purposes stated above, to the persons and institutions from whom we receive services and with whom we cooperate in order to start, conduct and improve our insurance activities, to independent audit firms within the framework of legal limitations, to authorized public institutions and organizations, and to reinsurers domestically or abroad due to reinsurance transactions that are complementary to insurance activities, and may be processed by these persons and institutions.
